Warranty - Always applies to initial purchase of complete item (ex: trampoline, in-ground trampolines, enclosure). Warranty is serviced by the manufacturer. Replacement parts are typically 30 days and are limited to manufacturing defects. Check on items not listed or specified. This page of manufacturer warranty information is as up to date as possible. We are not responsible for non publicized changes made by manufacturer. Always consult your User Manual for warranty details. Any modification of the product or commercial use voids all warranties.

Note: The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage due to weather such as (typical examples only but not all inclusive) high winds, hail, snow loading, or pets, burns, punctures, alterations, overloading due to multiple jumpers. In all cases refer to the User Manual & the warranty accompanying the item you have purchased. Any modification of any product such as using fewer springs than specified, using altered springs, using for snow boarding, adding basketball hoops voids the warranty. Commercial use also voids the warranty.
An unopened product can be returned within 30 days of purchase - no questions asked (this excludes trampolines, enclosures, ArenaSoccer). The purchase price of the product (less a 25% restocking fee) - excluding shipping (to/from) - will be refunded upon receipt of the product in its original factory condition. All returns must be authorized by www.trampolinesinground.com and returned to a designated location. Email about opened and used products that you want to return. Product that has been authorized to be returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Pricing, Typographical Errors and Specialty Phone Orders:
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. GSM International, Inc. (www.trampolinesinground.com) does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical or special discount calculation errors. We shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.
Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, GSM International, Inc. will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these requests. We will try to keep each customer informed of outages that are not posted on our site. The customer will be given the opportunity to cancel their unshipped order and obtaining a full refund. On posted back orders the customer can order and the charge is their reservation for first come first shipped product when it arrives at the warehouse.
Cancellations, Returns, Restocking, Used Product
We try to ship all orders as fast as possible. If you decide to cancel an order and notify us that you want to cancel an order we will attempt to cancel that order. If the order has shipped; then it is now your responsibility to return it to our designated return address. You are still responsible for shipping both ways and we will not issue a credit until we have the item in our possession and it is inspected and deemed in its original unused condition. All returns within 30 days of customer receipt will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products that are used cannot be returned for credit.
All Products are warranted by their manufacturer.
